Objective
UserTesting partnered with Symplicit to conduct usability testing on the Domino’s website across five countries: Australia, Japan, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Approach
A total of 86 unmoderated sessions were completed by participants via the UserTesting.com platform. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were utilised to gather in-depth insights during these sessions.
Impact
The following deliverables were provided:
A comprehensive final report, featuring an executive summary, Single Ease Questionnaire results, Task Success Rates, insights from the unmoderated usability testing, along with recommendations and proposed next steps.
Highlight reels showcasing customer quotes to support key insights.
Presentation of findings to Domino’s and UserTesting, including playback of critical user interactions and feedback.
