Objective

UserTesting partnered with Symplicit to conduct usability testing on the Domino’s website across five countries: Australia, Japan, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Approach

A total of 86 unmoderated sessions were completed by participants via the UserTesting.com platform. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were utilised to gather in-depth insights during these sessions.

Impact

The following deliverables were provided:

  • A comprehensive final report, featuring an executive summary, Single Ease Questionnaire results, Task Success Rates, insights from the unmoderated usability testing, along with recommendations and proposed next steps.

  • Highlight reels showcasing customer quotes to support key insights.

  • Presentation of findings to Domino’s and UserTesting, including playback of critical user interactions and feedback.
